Behind every kitchen we design and fit is Steve, a time-served joiner with more than 35 years in the building industry. He spent his career on building sites and in workshops long before he ever picked up a kitchen brochure, and that trade background is still at the heart of how Wirral Kitchens & Interiors works today.
Over 30 years running WKI, 500+ kitchens fitted, and a KBB Kitchen Retailer of the Year Finalist award along the way, but Steve is still the one on-site for every install, not just behind a desk.
Installed and forgotten is not how Steve works.

Bespoke Design & Premium Supply
Most suppliers stop at design and supply. WKI manages the whole project from day one. We design, specify, and supply everything, then coordinate every trade required to deliver it.
Structural Works & Alterations
Before a single cabinet goes in, the space has to be right. We handle all structural alterations, wall removals, RSJ steels, plastering, and flooring as part of the same project.
Electrics, Plumbing & Full Fit
Electrics, plumbing, and gas are coordinated and installed by our trusted trades. Steve then completes the full installation himself. One team, start to finish, nothing handed off.

Clearly Answered
From your design visit to completed installation, most projects take between six and twelve weeks. The installation itself is typically one to two weeks. You will have a confirmed timeline before any work begins.
Completely. Design, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, electrics, tiling, and plastering are all handled by our team. One point of contact from the first conversation to the final handover. Everything joined up.
